  • Registration

Anyone wishing to attend the conference as communicating or as a participant is invited to register using the "Register" tab.

No registration fee is required to participants.

However, and to facilitate the task of the organizing committee, it is mandatory for all participant to register via the conference’s platform. Any changes or unexpected event requiring an absence after registration must be reported to the organizers before September 20, 2016 via the “contact” tab or email assistmefr2016@sciencesconf.org.

Registration is open since June 10, 2016. Registration and / or poster’s proposal end with the sent of an automatic message confirming the success of the procedure to the email address you provided during registration. If you have any problem, please contact the organizers at the email address: assistmefr2016@sciencesconf.org

Note: Creating an account on HAL (see link: https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/user/create ) or on the website of the conference (see link https://www.sciencesconf.org/user/createaccount ) will be required to register for the conference.

  • Lunches

Lunches cost need to be assumed by the participants.

There are only a few solutions for eating outside of the campus.

We can book tickets to the Condillac CROUS restaurant that is right next to the conference venue.

 Rates:

Students: 3.25 €

Staff: 6,40 €

Outsiders: 7,70 €

Payment is made with the IZLY card or in cash.

We need your cooperation to anticipate the number of participants! Each registrant is asked to indicate whether or not she will eat at Condillac restaurant and notify us of any changes before September 29. This will allow the chef to prepare meals for everyone in the right quantities and to prevent any waste.

Note: The evening buffets on October 6 and 7 are provided by the organizers.
